Other Details
- Species
- Mouse
- Strain or Cell Line
- B6.129P2-Pvalbtm1(cre)Arbr/J obtained from Jackson Labs. Also known as B6 PVcre.

- Jackson Labs
- Stock Number
- Jax: 017320
- Age at Injection
- postnatal day 21-23
- Time After Injection
- 2 weeks
- Detection Method
- Direct fluorescence
- Assay & Results
- Expression was largely localized to the prelimbic cortex, with some expression also observed in the medial orbitofrontal cortex and infralimbic cortex. Expression was limited to neurons expressing parvalbumin.
- Functional Testing
- The tool operated as expected. A 460 nm light was used to excite the GCaMP, and emitted fluorescence was recorded (fiber photometry).
- Other Information
- No toxicity or inflammation
