- GFP and tdTomato expression was seen in the ventral hippocampus.
- Functional Testing
- Although GFP and tdTomato expression was seen in the ventral hippocampus, fluorescence was not dynamic - so didn't seem to work well for this cell class. We imaged in ex vivo hippocampal slices on a confocal microscope with a spinning disk.
