- Widespread infection throughout the brain. In both excitatory pyramidal neurons, as well as glia. Density was fairly uniform across cortical regions

- I didn't quantify it, but the percentage of glia infected varied across mice. I didn't see any signs of toxicity (e. G. No signs of blebbing in axons), but I also only had tdTomato

- PHP. EB + CAG seems like a great combination for transducing a large numbers of neurons across the brain
