- Abstract
- COS cells were transfected with rat HA-Kir6.2 K+ channel, fixed and labeled with Anti-Kir6.2 K+ channel [N363/71R] recombinant monoclonal antibody (Addgene #209595), its hybridoma-derived monoclonal antibody parent, or Anti-HA. Similar labeling was observed between the recombinant antibody and its monoclonal antibody parent. The labeling pattern of HA-Kir6.2 K+ channel was confirmed with Anti-HA antibody.
