- Abstract
- COS cells were transfected with mouse GFP-BKbeta2 K+ channel, fixed and labeled with Anti-BKbeta2 K+ channel [N53/32R] recombinant monoclonal antibody (Addgene #209598), or its hybridoma-derived monoclonal antibody parent. Similar labeling was observed between the recombinant antibody and its monoclonal antibody parent. The labeling pattern of GFP-BKbeta2 K+ channel was confirmed with GFP detection.
