- Abstract
- COS cells were transfected with GFP-tagged, human NPY, fixed and labeled with Anti-NPY [L115/13] monoclonal antibody or Anti-NPY [L115/13R] (Addgene #193439) recombinant monoclonal antibody. Similar labeling was observed between the parental monoclonal antibody and its derivative recombinant antibody. As expected the antibody labeling pattern of transfected human NPY overlapped with GFP.

Additional Information
- Protocol
- Trimmer lab immunocytochemistry protocol
- Controls
- Labeling of the recombinant monoclonal antibody was compared to the previously validated monoclonal parent. As expected, the Anti-NPY labeling pattern overlaps with GFP.
