Assay & Results
Expression was largely localized to the prelimbic cortex, with some expression also observed in the medial orbitofrontal cortex and infralimbic cortex. Expression was limited to neurons expressing parvalbumin.
Functional Testing
The tool operated as expected. A 460 nm light was used to excite the GCaMP, and emitted fluorescence was recorded (fiber photometry).
