Abstract
Experimental results for Anti-Mortalin/GRP75 [N52A/42.1R] (hybridoma-derived) in a western blot assay with a human sample.
Caption: Immunoblot against crude membranes prepared from whole rat (RBM) and mouse (MBM) brain and human cerebral cortex [HBM(Cx)], cerebellum [HBM(Cb)], and hippocampus [HBM(H)] probed with N52A/42 TC supe.
Caption: Immunoblot against HEK293 cells transfected as shown. Note that GRP75 is endogenously expressed in HEK (and COS) cells and the relatively weak RBM staining is due to short film exposure time. Cell samples courtesy of Gino Cortopassi (UC Davis).
