- HEK293T cell cultures expressing V5-tagged NRXN isoforms labeled with Anti-Neurexin-2-beta [IPI-NRXN2b.9] (Addgene #237809), Anti-V5, and Hoechst. IPI-NRXN2b.9 was tested in cells expressing alpha and beta isoforms of NRXN1, NRXN2, and NRXN3.
