Total rat brain extract was incubated at 37 °C for 15 min and separated by denaturing SDS-PAGE. Samples were not boiled prior to loading.

Secondary antibody: Goat anti-rat HRP secondary, diluted to 1:20,000 or goat anti-mouse IgG2a HRP secondary, diluted to 1:25,000 in 4% non-fat dry milk in TBS pH 7.5, 45 min, room temperature
