Abstract
COS cells were transfected with human MMACHC, fixed and labeled with Anti-MMACHC [N230/21] monoclonal antibody or Anti-MMACHC [N230/21R] (Addgene #209579) recombinant monoclonal antibody. Similar labeling was observed between the parental monoclonal antibody and its derivative recombinant antibody.
Caption: COS cells were transfected with human MMACHC, fixed and labeled with parental Anti-MMACHC monoclonal antibody (mAb) or the derived recombinant antibody (R-mAb). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst.
