- HEK293T cell cultures expressing V5-tagged NRXN isoforms labeled with Anti-Neurexin-1-alpha [IPI-mNRXN1a.40] (Addgene #237802), Anti-V5, and Hoechst. IPI-mNRXN1a.40 was tested in cells expressing alpha and beta isoforms of mouse NRXN1, NRXN2, and NRXN3.
