Abstract
Experimental results for Anti-Alpha-Tubulin [F2C] (Addgene Antibody 196559) in an immunocytochemistry assay with a human sample.
Caption: HeLa cells were untransfected or transiently transfected with plasmid 56450, EGFP-Tubulin-6 ands stained with Anti-Tubulin [F2C]. Tubulin signal (red) is visible in the untransfected cells and the signal intensity increases following transfection with GFP-Tubulin.
