Abstract: Experimental results for Anti-GFP [N86/38] - Chimeric (Addgene Antibody 196560) in a western blot assay with a human sample.

HEK293T cells were left untreated or transiently transfected with CAG-GFP (+GFP). 72h later cells were harvested, lysed, separated by denaturing SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted against Anti-GFP [N86/38.1R].
