Additional Information
- Additional Information
- Human PBMCs were isolated from whole blood sample using a Cell Preparation Tube (CPT) with sodium heparin and resuspended in Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline (DPBS)-based blocking buffer. - Detection: Flow cytometry experiments were performed on a CytoFLEX flow cytometer. The cells were also labeled with cell type markers to distinguish leukocytes (CD45), T cells (CD3), cytotoxic T cells (CD3/CD8), helper T cells (CD3/CD4), B cells (CD19), and NK cells (CD49). Control samples were labeled with BP488-conjugated rabbit isotype control (Cell Signaling Technologies #3900S).
