 - Abstract
 - COS cells were transfected with mouse Lhx6.1, fixed and labeled with Anti-Lhx6.1 [N228A/16] monoclonal antibody or Anti-Lhx6.1 [N228A/16R] (Addgene #209607) recombinant monoclonal antibody. Similar labeling was observed between the parental monoclonal antibody and its derivative recombinant antibody.
