- HEK293T cell cultures expressing V5-tagged NRXN isoforms labeled with Anti-Neurexin-2-alpha [IPI-mNRXN2a.10] (Addgene #237806), Anti-V5, and Hoechst. IPI-mNRXN2a.10 was tested in cells expressing alpha and beta isoforms of mouse NRXN1, NRXN2, and NRXN3.
