Abstract: Experimental results for Anti-Giantin [TA10] (Addgene Antibody 188878) in an immunocytochemistry assay with a human sample.

HeLa cells were untreated or transduced with a scrambled shRNA (shscrambled) or an shRNA against Giantin (sh571). Stable cells were selected and stained with Anti-Giantin [TA10]. Giantin (red) is visible in the untreated and shscrambled lines but absent in the Giantin knockdown line (sh571). — Caption: HeLa cells were untreated or transduced with a scrambled shRNA (shscrambled) or an shRNA against Giantin (sh571).
