Abstract: Experimental results for Anti-Integrin alpha 5 [IPI-MFR5] (Addgene Antibody 213681) in a flow cytometry assay using Expi CHO cells transiently transfected with human integrin α5β1.

Additional Information: This data compares labeling by the rabbit chimera recombinant version of the IPI-MFR5 antibody (Addgene #213671) and the rat recombinant version (Addgene #213681) to a hybridoma version (Biolegend, Catalog number 103801). Use of the hybridoma antibody was first reported in (Kinashi et al. 1994).
