Caption: Brain sections were labeled with Anti-APP [6E10-A5] from Addgene (226376-rAb). As expected, the labeling patterns in APP^NL-G-F knock-in transgenic mice confirms APP expression which is absent in the WT B6 mouse strain. Mouse genetic samples were generously shared by Gan Laboratory at WCM.
