Abstract: Experimental results for Anti-Integrin alpha M [IPI-LM2/1] (Addgene Antibody 213668) in a Flow Cytometry assay using Expi CHO cells transiently transfected with human integrin αMβ2.

Bar graph of the relative mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) response of the LM2/1 antibody to Expi CHO cells transfected with B7H3 (Control) or human integrin αMβ2 (Human αM/β2). Use of the hybridoma antibody was first reported in (Miller et al. 1986).
