Abstract
Experimental results for Anti-Integrin alpha M [IPI-CBRM1/29] (Addgene Antibody 213667) in a Flow Cytometry assay using Expi CHO cells transiently transfected with human integrin αMβ2.
Caption: Bar graph of the relative mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) response of the CBRM1/29 antibody to Expi CHO cells transfected with B7H3 (Control) or human integrin αMβ2 (Human αM/β2). Cells were labeled with recombinant mouse IgG2a CBRM1/29 antibody (Mouse IgG2a, #213677) or mouse/rabbit IPI-CBRM1/29 antibody (Rabbit IgG1, #213667, orange) and species-specific Alexa Fluor 647-conjugated secondary antibodies.
