Abstract
Experimental results for Anti-Integrin alpha L [IPI-M17/4] (Addgene Antibody 213673) in a flow cytometry assay using Expi CHO cells transiently transfected with a chimeric receptor consisting of the murine αL and human β2 chains.
Caption: Bar graph of the relative mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) response of the M17/4 antibody to Expi CHO cells transfected with B7H3 (Control) or a chimeric receptor consisting of the murine αL and human β2 chains (Mouse αl/Human β2). Cells were labeled with the hybridoma monoclonal antibody M17/4 (Hybridoma) from eBioscience (Catalog number 14-0111-85), recombinant rat IgG2a IPI-M17/4 antibody (Rat IgG2a, #213673, orange), or rat/rabbit IPI-M17/4 antibody (Rabbit IgG1, #213663) and species-specific Alexa Fluor 647-conjugated secondary antibodies.

This data compares labeling by the rabbit chimera recombinant version of the IPI-M17/4 antibody (Addgene #213663) and the rat recombinant version (Addgene #213673) to a hybridoma version (eBioscience, Catalog number 14-0111-85). Use of the hybridoma antibody was first reported in (Sanchez-Madrid et al. 1982).
