Abstract: Experimental results for Anti-Integrin alpha L [IPI-TS2/4] (Addgene Antibody 213672) in a flow cytometry assay using Expi CHO cells transiently transfected with human integrin αLβ2.

Additional Information: This data compares labeling by the rabbit chimera recombinant version of the IPI-TS2/4 antibody (Addgene #213662) and the mouse recombinant version (Addgene #213672) to a hybridoma version (Biolegend, Catalog number 350602). Use of the hybridoma antibody was first reported in (Sanchez-Madrid et al. 1982).
