Abstract
Experimental results for Anti-Integrin alpha M [IPI-M1/70] (Addgene Antibody 213665) in a Flow Cytometry assay using Expi CHO cells transiently transfected with human integrin αMβ2.
Caption: Bar graph of the relative mean fluorescence intensity (MFI) response of the M1/70 antibody to Expi CHO cells transfected with B7H3 (Control) or human integrin αMβ2 (Human αM/β2). Cells were labeled with the hybridoma monoclonal antibody M1/70 (Hybridoma) from eBioscience (Catalog number 14-0112-85), recombinant rat IgG2a M1/70 antibody (Rat IgG2a, #213675), or rat/rabbit IPI-M1/70 antibody (Rabbit IgG1, #213665, orange) and species-specific Alexa Fluor 647-conjugated secondary antibodies.

Additional Information

Additional Information
This data compares labeling by the rabbit chimera recombinant version of the IPI-M1/70 antibody (Addgene #213665) and the rat recombinant version (Addgene #213675) to a hybridoma version (eBioscience, Catalog number 14-0112-85). Use of the hybridoma antibody was first reported in (Springer et al. 1978).
