- In vivo endoscopic imaging. Fluorescence was low with one-photon imaging, and couldn't make out individual ROIs, but can be used for bulk imaging.

- Tool did work - amphetamine (3 mg/kg) was used to increase dopamine levels in cortex.

- No toxicity - imaged with an Inscopix miniature head-mounted microscope and an endoscopic lens.
